HOPE forums up and running

The 2600 team have opened their new web boards at talk.hope.net!
This is a good thing. Not only will this forum be used by the community to get a head start on planning 2008′s HOPE conference, there is also a board dedicated to the threat faced by the Hotel Pennsylvania.
